Late Registration
Late registrations are accepted during the periods listed below. During these periods, electronic web registration is usually closed. Students must complete a Graduate Change of Registration form located on Inside Loyola, Loyola Self-Service, Student Forms. Upon electronic submission, the request is routed to your academic department for approval, and subsequently routed to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Electronic tuition payments must be made as usual for any courses added. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing.
Spring 2025 Education First Eight-Week Session: January 17-20, 2025
Spring 2025 Semester, including Second Eight-Week Session only: January 17–20, 2025
Summer 2025 Session I: May 28-29, 2025
Summer 2025 Session II: July 14-15, 2025
Summer 2025 Alternate Session: Start date of class
Fall 2025 First Eight-Week Session: August 25-29, 2025
Fall 2025 Semester and Second Eight-Week Session: September 8, 2025
